derek. as i mentioned to you a few months back--my cars are older and i am in need of a new vehicle. well--i contacted usaa whom i bank with and got approved for $27k-with a $29k alternative if needed @ 4.4% interest 72 months. i was absolutely floored when she told me i was approved!! i also got a cash rewards mastercard as part of the deal (which i don't plan to use unless i have an emergency).
i'm in shock!! this is great news!!!

Hey Lori there are three accounts that are being disputed on my credit report. Can you please remove the disputes, the VA requires that no accounts be in dispute and if they are then I would have to pay those in full. I would like to stop the process since buying the house was my goal. I have paid a lot of the account that I had defaulted this year and feel confortable and confident that my credit score will continue to get better specially when owning a house has such a big impact on your credit... There was the expense of paying for the program, opening up my life (credit wise) to a stranger, dealing with letters, dealing with calls, etc... Let me tell you that it was all so very much worth it in the end. I received several letters and reports from creditors and the bureaus which I then promptly just forwarded to Joe with the pre-addressed labels and envelopes provided. I hardly received any calls. The cost was minimal every month and I have far surpassed the cost in all the savings I have gained through other benefits of having an improved credit score. Since beginning the program I have been able to refinance my truck saving $53 a month, increase the credit lines on credit cards, purchase more investment properties for my rental property business (and at significantly better rates), and receive savings on everything from insurance to utilities.
